Okay, since it is apparently my job to explain things, let me help you all get your heads around this Trump paying off porn stars that he has slept with thing.

Men like Trump seek out and fornicate with porn stars because female porn stars are absolutely guaranteed to be both chemically and physically sterilized, usually by a combination of both The Pill and an IUD (intra-uterine device).  Porn stars have sex pretty much daily with multiple dozens of men per year.  It is their “job”.  Getting pregnant is to be avoided at all costs.

With super-wealthy men like Trump, gold-digging women trying to get pregnant and thus secure a multi-multi-million dollar payday is pretty much to be assumed as the paradigm with EVERY woman they encounter.  The only exception to this is porn stars.  Porn stars are guaranteed chemically infertile, and thus not only can men like Trump fornicate with them, but the men can be guaranteed from the get-go that they can have condomless vaginal intercourse and there is no risk that a paternity suit will be the result.  Further, porn stars are constantly tested for HIV, and the risk of a man acquiring HIV from a woman is far less than the other way around.  So, for men like Trump who are fornicators (don’t EVEN argue this – it would just be pathetic), porn stars are the safest bet there is.  Guaranteed infertile, low STD risk, plus the physical attributes and synthetic additions that all porn stars have.
