The CDC document the doctor cites is the same as in this post.
Note that he says his paperwork manager specifically told him that the CDC, UP UNTIL CORONACOLD by Gates (TM), has instructed that NO SPECULATION, only HARD FACTS, should EVER go into a death certificate.
It’s almost like it’s a giant crime against humanity, or something….
