Thank you so very much for providing the ADA printable notice to avoid wearing masks. I am a retired nurse and like you, called bee ess on wearing masks. On top of that, I was never tested but know I had a very bad virus in February [me too -AB], which I (66yrs. old) self-treated at home and fully recovered, so I most likely am immune.

Today, I shopped for the first time at a Costco in SW Florida, since the store instituted its policy for mandatory masks. I had my ADA card and Costco membership out, upon entering the store and breezed right in. During my entire time on the premises, both in store and in the parking lot, I was never approached by any staff or other customer.

So, your printable card is much appreciated. It is great to have recourse if a store or other entity attempts to violate our rights.
