ANSWER:  Such a person (or couple) would be termed NON-STATE, NON-UNIFORMED ENEMY BELLIGERENTS. They would be tried for capital crimes against humanity and peace.

Interestingly, the Geneva Conventions would NOT apply to such a person (or couple).  Geneva only applies to wars between sovereign states.
