Pulchra Vera = True beauty, or genuine beauty

As the world around us descends into ugliness and lies, we must not descend with it. There will always be beauty no matter what happens, because beauty is a constitutive quality of God Himself. Beauty cannot be totally eliminated from the world any more than God can be eliminated from the world.
